Sheep wool boot.

Wonderfully soft, warm slipper in a boot model, made of sheep's wool and tricot (wolborg).

• Size advice : these slippers are quite spacious. However, you don't have to buy a size smaller. For example, with a normal shoe size 41 you can choose size 41/42.
• Material: sheep's wool, knitted-in jersey (polyester)
• the sole is soft and supple and equipped with rubber anti-slip studs
• washable at 30°C wool wash programme. We recommend the Texelana Wool Detergent .

Just like with socks, the lifespan of these boots also depends on the type of floor they walk on. For example, on a rough tile floor, the studs and wool will wear out faster than on a smooth PVC floor.

Usage

What is wolborg?

Wolborg is made of wool, woven in tricot. This creates a material that is strong, soft and warm.

Wolborg slippers are cheaper, but also more susceptible to wear than sheepskin slippers. Friction (especially under the foot) can loosen the wool hairs, which can cause scuffs. This process takes place at a variable pace, but in some cases can occur within a few months.

Sheep's wool is moisture-regulating and breathable and has the natural property that it can absorb up to 30% of its own weight in moisture without feeling wet or clammy. You can wear woolborg slippers with bare feet.
