Washing instructions

Wool is a great material for making clothes because it is antibacterial and odor resistant. Woolen clothing therefore does not need to be washed often. Hang the garment outside occasionally to freshen it up. If you still want to wash the garment, we recommendTexelana Wool Detergent . Never rub hard when washing by hand to prevent felting. Always look at the label in the garment for washing instructions. Always let woolen clothing lie flat to dry.

Treating your woolen garment in this way will not only make it more beautiful and last longer. By airing instead of washing you also save the environment.

About Ivanhoe of Sweden

The Ivanhoe family business was founded in 1946 in Gällstad, a district known as the knitting center of Sweden and where tradition and entrepreneurial spirit still live on. Several generations of experience and competence result in the continuous development of basic and functional clothing. Classic materials such as wool and cotton can always be found in the collections, but new blends, treatments or knitting and weaving techniques are also used.
