Merino wool lined balaclava

Lovely soft wool baby hat. This balaclava protects your child from the cold. The wool fleece on the outside gives a soft and fluffy look. The hat has a round head shape and a narrow elastic ribbed edge around the face, which ensures a good fit. The balaclava has a practical split design with extra length at the back. Made of merino wool fleece, with a soft cotton jersey lining on the inside.
Why wool? Because it provides your child with pleasant, natural warmth and insulation.

What is the Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certificate?

OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 is a label for textiles that have been tested for harmful substances. It sets the standard for textile safety, from yarn to finished product. Every article with the STANDARD 100 label is certified as having passed safety tests for the presence of harmful substances.

Maintenance

Wool is a nice material to make clothes from because it is antibacterial and odor-resistant. Woolen clothes therefore do not need to be washed often. Hang the garment outside occasionally so that it can freshen up. If you do want to wash the garment, we advise you to Texelana Wool detergent . Never rub hard when hand washing, to prevent felting. Always check the label in the garment for washing instructions. Always let woolen clothing dry flat.

If you treat your wool garment in this way, it will not only stay nicer and last longer, but by airing instead of washing, you also save the environment.
